Two communities, one heart.
Both exist so people can find connection and a cause. Here's why they matter to me. Each has its own website for the details.
Avenue is a decentralised movement of people following Jesus. It doesn't need new church buildings. It opens up the spaces and relationships we already have so people can make disciples where they live and work.
I'm part of it because I believe the church is at its best when every person is sent, not just seated.
The Saturday Club mentors young people in entrepreneurship, career and the talents they carry. It's a table where ideas get tested and people get backed.
I'm part of it because I want young people to see that what they're good at is part of what God made them for.
